Version 1.0 — effective from 2026-08-28.
Note: this document is an unofficial English translation provided for information only. The Polish version is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Note: this document is a draft prepared in accordance with the SkyRepublic ID legal annex and requires review by a lawyer (GDPR / UŚUDE / PKE) before production publication. It does not constitute legal advice.
These Terms of Service set out the rules for creating and using the SkyRepublic ID Account — a shared identity (sign-in) account for the websites and applications belonging to the SkyRepublic family of services.
Whenever these Terms of Service refer to:
These Terms of Service are made available free of charge before the conclusion of the Account service agreement, at `/regulamin`, in a form that allows the User to obtain, reproduce and retain them (downloadable in .md format — Article 8(1)(2) UŚUDE). Provisions of these Terms of Service that the User had no opportunity to review before registering are not binding on the User (Article 8(2) UŚUDE).
The Administrator of the SkyRepublic ID Account, and the controller of the Users' personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR, is „DLAPILOTA.PL” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Księżycowa 3 lok. 19, 01-934 Warszawa, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) under number KRS 0000104174, NIP 9512156017, REGON 015153278, share capital PLN 100,000.00.
Contact with the Administrator on matters concerning the Account and these Terms of Service: e-mail contact@skyrepublic.aero.
The Account service consists of:
The current list of Affiliated Services includes in particular: airfield aviation-information services (skyradio.aero, jgdata.pl), SkyPhoto, SkyLogger, the flight school platform, and the mobile application of the SkyRepublic family. The list of Affiliated Services may change as the family of services grows; this does not constitute a change to these Terms of Service.
The Account service is provided free of charge. Any future paid service within the SkyRepublic family will be governed by separate terms of service.
Using the Account requires:
The Administrator makes efforts to ensure that the Account can be used with commonly used web browsers, without the need to install additional software.
The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature, including in particular:
Registration of the Account is done by completing the registration form (full name — optional, e-mail address, phone number, password) and checking the required statement accepting these Terms of Service and confirming that the Privacy Policy has been reviewed.
The agreement for the provision of the Account service is concluded once the following conditions have all been met:
Until both channels (e-mail and phone) are confirmed, signing in to the Account is not possible. The fact of, and version of, acceptance of these Terms of Service, together with the timestamp and IP address from which the acceptance was made, are recorded by the Administrator as evidence of the conclusion of the agreement on the terms set.
These Terms of Service for the SkyRepublic ID Account take precedence over the terms of service of the individual Affiliated Services — they govern solely the rules for maintaining the User's identity and signing in (SSO), and do not govern the rules for using the functions of the individual Affiliated Services.
Using a given Affiliated Service requires — on first signing in to that service using the Account — separate acceptance of that Affiliated Service's own terms of service, which apply independently of these Terms of Service. Refusal to accept an Affiliated Service's terms of service prevents the use of that service, but does not affect the existence and functioning of the Account itself or the ability to sign in to the other Affiliated Services.
Individual Affiliated Services may require the User to give additional consents or provide additional data appropriate to their function — these rules are set out in their own terms of service and privacy policies.
The controller of the personal data processed in connection with maintaining the Account is the entity referred to in §2. The detailed rules for processing Users' personal data, including the purposes and legal bases for processing, the recipients of the data, the retention periods, and the rights available to the User, are set out in the Privacy Policy, available at `/prywatnosc`, which forms an integral part of using the Account.
During registration, and at any time in the Account panel, the User may voluntarily give separate consents to receive marketing information about the SkyRepublic family of services — separately for the e-mail channel (newsletter) and separately for the SMS channel (information about aviation events). Giving these consents is not a condition for creating or using the Account.
Each of these consents may be withdrawn at any time, in a manner as simple as giving it — by the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail message, or by replying "STOP" in the case of SMS. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
The User may terminate the Account service agreement at any time and without giving a reason, by deleting the Account themselves in the Account panel (the "Delete account permanently" function, after re-confirming with the password). Deletion of the Account is immediate and irreversible — it results in the invalidation of all active sessions and the loss of access to all Affiliated Services signed in to through the Account.
An Account to which the User has not signed in for a period of 24 months is treated as inactive. Before deleting such an Account, the Administrator sends a warning to the User's e-mail address; if the User does not sign in to the Account within the following 30 days, the Account and the data associated with it are deleted.
Deletion of the Account does not automatically delete content or event records created by the User in Affiliated Services (e.g. reported flights) — Affiliated Services disconnect such content from the deleted Account (mark it as unassigned), in accordance with their own retention rules.
The Administrator may suspend or restrict access to the Account only for the important reasons listed below:
The Administrator informs the User electronically of the suspension or restriction of the Account, together with a justification and information on the possibility of lodging a complaint in accordance with §13. Restriction of processing referred to in Article 18 GDPR is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Administrator makes efforts to ensure the continuity and correct functioning of the Account, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability — in particular due to the need to carry out maintenance work or circumstances beyond the Administrator's control.
The Administrator's liability towards a User who is a consumer is not excluded or limited to the extent that mandatorily applicable law does not permit this; otherwise, the Administrator is liable for damage caused to the User in connection with using the Account on general principles, taking into account the free-of-charge nature of the service.
The User may lodge complaints regarding the functioning of the Account at the e-mail address indicated in §2, providing a description of the problem reported and contact details enabling a reply to be given. The Administrator considers the complaint and provides a reply within 14 days of its receipt.
These Terms of Service may be amended only for important reasons, which include in particular: a change in applicable law affecting the content of these Terms of Service, a change in the scope or manner of providing the Account service, the need to counteract abuse, and decisions of the competent supervisory authorities.
The Administrator informs Users of a planned amendment to these Terms of Service at least 14 days before it takes effect — electronically (e-mail message) and by a notice in the Account panel, indicating the content of the changes and the date they take effect. If the User does not accept the amended Terms of Service, they may, before the day the changes take effect, terminate the agreement by deleting the Account in accordance with §10, without any negative consequences. Continued use of the Account after the day the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
Each version of these Terms of Service is marked with a number and the date it takes effect, and is archived; the fact of, and version of, acceptance of these Terms of Service by a given User are recorded on a durable basis (User identifier, version of the Terms of Service, date and time, IP address).
The law governing these Terms of Service and the Account service agreement is Polish law. Any disputes are resolved by the competent court in accordance with generally applicable law, including provisions on the protection of consumer rights — these Terms of Service do not impose the jurisdiction of any particular court.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), UŚUDE, and GDPR.
